I. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
II. Shipping Time
All products are shipped from the United States.
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days (excluding processing time).
Slight delays may occur for remote areas or during holidays.
Note: Shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by weather, peak shipping periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
III. Shipping Methods & Tracking
We utilize reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Once your order ships, the system will automatically send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's progress at any time.
IV. Shipping Area
Currently, we only ship to the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and other overseas territories).
If your location is inaccessible, we will contact you before order processing to confirm a solution.
V. Shipping Delays
The following situations may extend actual delivery times:

- Carrier delays
- Peak shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order.
Once your order has entered the shipping process, address changes are no longer possible. Please coordinate directly with the shipping carrier.
